Originally set to premiere on October 2, 2020, the film was delayed several times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shifting to June 5, 2021, then September 17, then September 24, then October 15, before the success of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings inspired Sony to push Let There Be Carnage up to October 1.
Once purchased, you can stream "Venom: Let There Be Carnage" as many times as you like. A cheaper rental option is expected to become available on December 14, but pricing hasn't been confirmed. You typically get 30 days to start watching a streaming rental, and then 48 hours to finish a movie once you hit play.
With the release of Venom: Let There Be Carnage coming on October 1, and Sony's releases through the end of 2021 are tied to STARZ, the film will first stream on STARZ after the conclusion of its paid digital rental/purchase window early in 2022.
Venom: Let There Be Carnage is now available to buy on-demand and will be released on 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD on December 14th. Spider-Man: No Way Home hits theaters on December 17th.
