With the Voice Memos app and iCloud, your audio recordings appear and are kept up to date automatically on all your devices (where you're signed in with the same Apple ID and Voice Memos is turned on in iCloud settings or preferences). From Launchpad on Mac, open the Voice Memos app. In a few seconds, you will see all iPhone recordings here. To save it in a pen drive or your Mac's storage, place your mouse pointer on a recording and drag it to your desktop or a folder.
If you use iOS 11 or earlier, Voice Memos are included in iCloud Backup.
Find or record your Voice Memo and tap on it. Click “”>”Save to Files”>”iCloud Drive”, choose the file you want to save to. Go to icloud.com and login with the same icloud account of your iPhone with Voice Memos. Select “iCloud Drive”, find the file with Voice Memos and you can see it.
