All replies Your activity data should have been backed up to iCloud. You can check to see if the activity has backed up by going to the activity app and scrolling to before the date your iPhone broke. If you see the data before this date it has been backed up and will not be lost if you reset your watch.
Solutions to Fix Activity App Not Showing Data on Apple Watch and iPhone
Open the Health app and tap the Browse tab. Tap a category, like Activity. Tap a subcategory, like Steps. Tap Show All Data, then tap Edit in the upper-right corner.

Your Apple Watch is backed up automatically to your paired iPhone, and you can restore it from a stored backup. Apple Watch backups are included when you back up your iPhone—either to iCloud, or to your Mac or PC. If your backups are stored in iCloud, you can't view the information in them.
