On the Bookmarks page, tap Edit. Then tap New Folder to create a new Safari bookmark folder.
Open the Safari app and tap the Bookmarks icon, which looks like an open book.

If you've enabled the Favorites bar, you'll see it located just below the address bar at the top of the screen. To use it, just tap any one of the names on your Favorites bar, and the website will load in the tab or window you're currently using.

On the iPad, a Favorites bar can be enabled for quicker access to web pages that have been added to the Favorites folder in Bookmarks. By default, these pages can only be seen when you tap the address bar. To make the sites visible at all times, open the Settings app, select Safari and turn on the Favorites Bar option.

Here's how. To favorite a contact, for easy access messaging and calls, find them in your recent chats list, hover over them, and click the three little dots. Then select the “add to favorites option” and there they are!
In Settings, scroll through the list and tap “Safari.” In Safari settings, find the “General” section. In that section, you'll see a switch labeled “Show Favorites Bar.” Flip the switch beside it to turn it on. (If it's already enabled and you want to hide the Favorites bar, flip the switch “off.”)
